Who We Are
Fins & Buns started around a dinner-table argument. Our dad is a chef through and through, and his dream was a classic seafood restaurant — starched tablecloths, a long wine list, the whole thing. We love him, and we love the sea just as much as he does. But when it was our turn to build something, we looked at each other and said: nah — let's do this differently.
So instead of a restaurant, we built a bun. Real seafood — grilled mackerel, crispy sea bream, tempura prawns, tender calamari — inside warm, handmade pinsa-romana bread, made fast and served without pretense, right in the heart of Thessaloniki. Same obsession with quality our dad has always had — he still shows up to 'inspect' every new recipe before it makes the menu.
